The Lloyd Shaw Foundation is dedicated to the preservation, restoration and teaching of the folk dances of America.

Join
Membership in the Lloyd Shaw Foundation is open to anyone who wishes to join. Our members come from all over the United States and from many other countries.

Many are dance leaders, many are active dancers of all experience levels, but many are also those who do not dance (or no longer dance). All of them believe in the value of preserving and disseminating our great American dance heritage.

Support
As a non-profit, 501(c)3 corporation, support for the Lloyd Shaw Foundation enables us to ensure that traditional folk dance arts are preserved. We do this by disseminating educational resources, awarding scholarships, and by providing seed money for programming activities.
